Author and Article Guidelines

At Learn Japanese Language Online, we promote quality writing, ideas, and content. We want to provide a connection between writers and publishers who are looking for great useful content. We also promote those who want to share authentic information with others. This is the best opportunity to publish your work and get noticed. To ensure that your writings get published on Learn Japanese Language Online, please use the following guidelines and rules so that it can meet the standard of Learn Japanese Language Online. Learn Japanese Language Online uses the  WordPress platform which is hosted by us as an article directory. Those who are not familiar with this platform please refer to this WordPress Tutorial video.

Article Criteria

  • Article Title: Maximum of 105 characters and Minimum of 20 characters.
  • Tags: Adding tags to your articles well help your article get more traffic. Make sure that your tags are separated with commas and are relevant to your article. A Maximum of 20 and a Minimum of 1.
  • Article Body: Minimum 300 words and maximum 5000 words. Your article body should deliver what is promised in the Article Title.
  • Hyperlink/Backlinks: Authors are allowed to add up to 2 hyperlinks/backlinks in the article body or author signature.

Article Submission Guideline

  1. Articles should be original and must be written by the author who submits the article to our directory
  2. Article must be written in English
  3. Article must be free from spellings and grammar mistakes.
  4. Must not include personal information such as home number or residential addresses.
  5. Do not include copyrighted contents. If copyright contents are used, they either must be in property of author or with permission.
  6. Learn Japanese Language Online does not support commercial or advertorial content and such articles will not be published on our article directory.
  7. Articles must be submitted into correct category. If you could not find the relevant category for your article then please contact us we will consider including the category in our article directory.
  8. Re submission of the same article will be considered as violation of our author guidelines and will result in instant removal from the site.
  9. Submitting all articles in the same category without having relevancy will be considered as violation of our author guidelines and will result in deletion from our site. Repeating this process will be considered spam and author account will be banned permanently.
  10. Profanity is not allowed and will not be tolerated.
  11. Up to two hyperlinks/backlinks in the author signature or article body can be included.
  12. Articles must not contain porn, violence, terrorism, bomb creation or advertisement of illegal products.
  13. Add links will be do follow and will provide the necessary link juice.
  14. Hyperlinks must not be broken in article body or author signature otherwise article will be rejected. You do have the ability to edit all article submitted to Learn Japanese Language Online.
  15. All Articles with be held in moderation to check for quality and guideline specifications.

Although we might accept articles which my not meet up to all of the above criteria. We expect your articles to stay as close as possible to our guidelines. By not following our guidelines you run the risk of not getting your article approved.

Copyright Violation

Learn Japanese Language Online does not support unethical use of copyright material. In case of plagiarism, authors can exercise their rights under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998.

Author Account

Multiple accounts held by the same author are subject to immediate ban from our site and may also result to delete approved articles.
